Core Base™ (Solvent Blending System)

Overview

Core Base is a nitrocellulose solvent-based line for flexo and gravure to cover all your flexible printing needs. It is designed as a modular system of highly pigmented bases to be blended with specific technology vehicles. With the proper technical varnish, Core Base can be used in surface printing and lamination on all substrates. It is suitable for dispensing units.

Colors Available

Core Base is formulated to have a maximum pigment load while maintaining a low consistent viscosity. Bases are available in most standard, bleed resistant, permanent and high-performance pigments. Pantone® approved bases and mixes are available. Color computer-controlled bases, matched to any standard, are available for customers who have dispensers already in place and wish to avoid changing the database. We can ship DE specifications to meet the most stringent customer demands.
